DAMAGED PARCELS?
We kindly ask you to check the contents of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can investigate the issue with our courier company and initiate replacement. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will replace damaged items, if the item is longer in stock, then it will be replaced upon restocking.
